摘　　要：针对目前的燃煤自备电厂的运维监控工作开展困难、监测数据采集精度低等问题,提出了一种基于红外与可见光测温技术的燃煤自备电厂在线监测系统。系统对硬件和算法模块分别进行远程监控。首先,采用红外测温,由红外对射光栅装置进行采样。然后,利用其他运动机器装载该装置,通过红外光线获取燃煤自备电厂设备各位置的温度状态特征点,并将该特征点发送至后台服务器以得到红外图像,从而实现燃煤自备电厂多个设备的在线监测。与此同时,采用基于有限元算法模型完成燃煤自备电厂设备的故障分析。实例试验分析结果表明,该系统拟合曲线具有较低的误差;在1 000测点环境下,误差占比只有0.4%。试验验证了该系统的可行性,为燃煤自备电厂运维建设领域开拓了新的思路。Aiming at the current coal-fired captive power plants to carry out operation and maintenance,monitoring work is difficult,monitoring data collection accuracy is low and other problems,a coal-fired captive power plant online monitoring system based on infrared and visible light temperature measurement technology is proposed.The system carries out remote monitoring of hardware and algorithm modules respectively.Firstly,infrared temperature measurement is used to realize sampling by infrared opposed grating device.Then,the device is loaded with other moving machines to obtain the temperature state characteristic points of each position of the equipment of the coal-fired captive power plant by infrared light and send them to the back-end server to get the infrared images to realize the on-line monitoring of several equipment of the coal-fired captive power plant.At the same time,a finite element-based algorithm model is used to complete the fault analysis of the coal-fired captive power plant equipment.The analysis results of the example test show that the fitting curve of the system has a low error;in the environment of 1000 measurement points,the error percentage is only 0.4%.The test verifies the feasibility of this system,which opens new ideas for the field of operation and maintenance construction of coal-fired captive power plants.
