摘 要:通过Aspen Plus模拟计算,从苯、环己烷、二异丙醚三种共沸剂中选定环己烷作为异丙醇脱水的共沸剂进行精馏除水。使用Aspen Plus灵敏度分析功能对异丙醇-水-环己烷三元共沸体系的共沸精馏塔和提纯塔进行工艺优化,共沸精馏塔最佳工艺参数为理论板数22块、第10块理论板进料、常压操作,提纯塔最佳工艺参数为理论板数10块、塔顶采出量10 kmol/h、常压操作。基于共沸精馏塔、提纯塔最佳工艺条件进行全流程模拟计算,结果为共沸精馏塔塔底异丙醇产品摩尔纯度99.72%、摩尔流量24.85 kmol/h;提纯塔塔底产品水摩尔纯度99.71%、摩尔流量55.65 kmol/h;系统共沸剂补加量0.0336 kmol/h。Through Aspen Plus simulation calculation,cyclohexane was selected as the azeotrope of isopropanol dehydration from benzene,cyclohexane and diisopropyl ether.The azeotropic rectification column and purification column of isopropyl alcohol-water-cyclohexane ternary azeotropic system were optimized using Aspen Plus sensitivity analysis function.The optimal process parameters of the azeotropic rectification column are as follows:the theoretical number of plates is 22,the optimal feeding position is the 10th theoretical plate,and the operation under atmospheric pressure.The optimal process parameters of the purification column are as follows:the theoretical number of plates is 10,the output from the top of the tower is 10 kmol/h,and the operation is under normal pressure.Based on the optimal process parameters of the azeotropic rectification column and purification column,the whole process was simulated.The results showed that the mole purity of isopropyl alcohol at the bottom of azeotropic rectification column was 99.72%and the mole flow rate was 24.85 kmol/h;the mole purity of water at the bottom of purification column was 99.71%and the mole flow rate was 55.65 kmol/h,and the supplement amount of the azeotrope was 0.0336 kmol/h.
