摘  要:结合工程实例,通过CAESARⅡ软件对多种蒸汽管道进行应力分析,比较了自然补偿和膨胀节补偿器的使用效果差异,探讨了膨胀节补偿器的使用要点和设备管口受力情况的模拟设计,最后综合分析不同走向类型的车间内蒸汽管道的应力分析设计要点,为车间内蒸汽管道的柔性设计和热补偿设计提供了应用参考。Combined with engineering examples,the stress analysis of a variety of steam pipelines was carried out through CAESAR II.The differences between the use effect of natural compensation and expansion joint compensator were compared.The key points of expansion joint compensator and the simulation design of equipment nozzle force were discussed.Finally,the stress analysis and design points of steam pipelines in different types of workshops were comprehensively analyzed,which provided an application reference for the flexible design and thermal compensation design of steam pipelines in the workshop.
