摘　　要：本文深入探讨了公共图书馆总分馆建设的策略与实践,强调了技术创新、分馆多元化和硬件优化在构建高效、先进的图书馆网络中的重要性。同时,阐述了坚持“以人为本”服务理念的必要性,以确保公共图书馆能够更好地满足读者需求,实现知识的分享和文化的传播。This paper probes into the strategies and practices of the construction of the general-branch public libraries,and emphasizes the importance of technological innovation,branch library diversification and hardware optimization in the construction of an efficient and advanced library net-work.At the same time,this paper expounds the necessity of adhering to the service concept of"Peo-ple-oriented",so as to ensure that public libraries can better meet the needs of readers and realize the sharing of knowledge and the dissemination of culture.
