数智时代县级图书馆全民阅读推广服务创新发展——以贵定县图书馆为例

摘　　要：县级图书馆作为基层的全民阅读推广服务的主要承办机构,在数字化和智能化时代下想要更好地做好全民阅读服务,函须创新管理和服务模式。本文通过对贵定县图书馆建设现状及存在问题的分析,要有效推动全民阅读,需从不断改进基础设施、整合文化资源、创新服务方式和途径以及提升馆员综合业务能力和智慧化技术等多方面共同实施,将有助于智慧化图书馆健康与可持续发展。County-level library,as the main organization of nationwide reading promotion service at the grass-roots level,needs to innovate the management and service mode in order to better provide nationwide reading services in the digital and intelligent era.Based on the analysis of the current sit-uation and existing problems in the construction of Guiding County Library,this paper shows that in order to effectively promote nationwide reading,it is necessary to continuously improve the infra-structure,integrate cultural resources,innovate service methods and approaches,and enhance the comprehensive professional ability and intelligent technology of librarians.it will contribute the healthy and sustainable development of smart library.
