乡村振兴背景下农村图书馆建设的问题与对策

摘　　要：建设农村图书馆对实施乡村振兴战略具有重要意义。农村图书馆发展与乡村文化振兴要求具有内在的一致性。基于农村图书馆建设现状,从资金、资源、人员、服务等方面分析其存在的问题,提出优化资金供给、提升馆员素养、加强资源建设、丰富服务类型、坚持差异化发展等建议,以期为解决农村图书馆建设问题提供参考。The construction of rural libraries is of great significance to the implementation of the strat-egy of rural revitalization,and the development of rural libraries and the requirements of rural cultur-al revitalization are intrinsically consistent.Based on the current situation of rural library construc-tion,this paper analyzes the existing problems from the aspects of funds,resources,personnel,serv-ices and so on.This paper puts forward some suggestions,such as optimizing the fund supply,im-proving the quality of librarians,strengthening the construction of resources,enriching the types of service and insisting on the differentiated development,etc.,in order to provide reference for solving the problem of rural library construction.
