摘 要:深圳某连体桁架转换超限高层建筑主体结构为框架-剪力墙结构,连体部位为钢桁架和钢框架结构。连体底部设置5榀桁架承托本层及上部钢框架共9层荷载。结合项目特点,对主体结构设定了相应的抗震性能目标。采用YJK、ETABS两种软件对结构进行了多遇地震下的整体分析,通过YJK软件对结构进行了多遇地震下的弹性时程分析及设防、罕遇地震下的等效弹性分析,采用SAUSAGE软件对结构进行了罕遇地震动力弹塑性分析,各项指标均满足设计要求。因连体桁架转换结构为结构的关键构件,故对其进行构造加强,并结合其受力特点进行各工况补充分析,结果表明结构具有良好的受力性能。对穿层柱进行了屈曲分析,确保了穿层柱计算长度满足设计要求。The main structure of a high⁃rise over⁃limit building in Shenzhen is a frame shear wall structure,and the connecting parts are steel trusses and steel frame structures.Five trusses were installed at the bottom of the connected structure to support the load of 9 floors,including the current floor and the upper steel frame.Based on the characteristics of the project,corresponding seismic performance targets have been set for the main structure.YJK and ETABS softwares were used for overall analysis of the structure under frequent earthquakes.YJK software was used for elastic time history analysis under frequent earthquakes and equivalent elastic analysis under seismic fortifications and rare earthquakes.SAUSAGE software was used for dynamic elastoplastic analysis under rare earthquakes,and all indicators met the design requirements.Due to the connected truss conversion structure into a key component of the structure,it was strengthened and supplemented with analysis of various working conditions based on its stress characteristics.The results show that the structure has good stress performance.Buckling analysis was conducted on the through layer column to ensure that the calculated length of the through layer column meets the design requirements.
