摘 要:基于2015—2021年湘西州7县1市的面板数据,构建综合性数字经济指标体系,运用熵值法测算其数字经济发展水平,借助自然间断点分级法、核密度估计法对湘西自治州的数字经济发展水平的空间差异和动态分布进行分析。研究发现,湘西自治州数字经济发展水平在2015—2021年间呈现上升趋势,数字基础设施、数字化应用对数字经济发展水平具有较大的影响。从空间分布来看,2015—2021年湘西州数字经济水平持续上涨,处于高数字经济发展水平的吉首市发挥辐射、扩散作用,空间分布差异正在减小。从动态演进的结果来看,湘西州数字经济水平的低水平聚集现象和极化现象得到缓解,最后,基于研究结论,提出推动数字经济发展水平的对策建议。Based on the panel data of 7 counties and 1 city in Xiangxi Prefecture from 2015 to 2021,a comprehensive digital economy index system was constructed,the entropy value method was used to measure its digital economy development level,and the spatial difference and dynamic distribution of the digital economy development level of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture were analyzed by using the natural discontinuity grading method and kernel density estimation method in ArcGIS.It is found that the level of digital economy development in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture shows an upward trend during 2015—2021,digital infrastructure and digital applications have a greater impact on the level of digital economy development.In terms of spatial distribution,the level of digital economy in Xiangxi Prefecture continues to rise during 2015—2021,and Jishou City,which is at a high level of digital economy development,plays the role of radiation and diffusion.From the results of dynamic evolution,the phenomenon of low-level aggregation and polarization of the digital economy level in Xiangxi Prefecture has been alleviated.Finally,based on the findings of the study,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to promote the level of digital economy development.
