摘  要:针对外场模拟真实雷达困难、耗资大的问题,文章采用Simulink模块化设计对天气雷达主振放大式发射机进行了建模与仿真。在Simulink中对固态放大器、脉冲整形器、速调管、脉冲调制器等主要模块进行了组件建模与仿真,并封装成组件入库加以功能测试;将测试好的组件通过信号连接的形式组装成发射机仿真系统。仿真实验结果表明:仿真组件实现了固态放大器、脉冲整形器、速调管、脉冲调制器的主要功能,仿真的发射机系统输出频率为3 GHz,功率达到650 kW以上,输出脉冲宽度为4.17μs(宽脉冲)和1.58μs(窄脉冲);以Simulink建立的各功能组件参数和发射机输出性能参数具有易于修改和便于测试的优势,可应用于天气雷达的系统性能评估和分析。In response to the difficulties and high cost of simulating real radar in the field,this article uses Simulink modular design to model and simulate the weather radar main vibration amplifier transmitter.In Simulink,component modeling and simulation are carried out on the main modules,including solid state amplifier,pulse shaper,klystron,and pulse modulator,and packaged into components for functional testing.Assemble the tested components into a transmitter simulation system through signal connections.The simulation results show that the simulation component achieves the main functions of solid state amplifier,pulse shaper,klystron,and pulse modulator.The simulated transmitter system has an output frequency of 3 GHz,a power of over 650 kW,and an output pulse width of 4.17μs(wide pulse)and 1.58μs(narrow pulse).The parameters of each functional components and transmitter output performance established by Simulink have the advantages of easy modification and easy testing,which can be used for system performance evaluation and analysis in weather radar applications.
