不同型号与输出间气压传感器测量特性分析

摘  要:为了比较不同输出类型之间气压传感器的测量不确定度、测量误差、测量重复性等特性,使用JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》中规定的方法对PTB210和PTB220两种类型的气压传感器、PTB220串行数据、电压输出类型进行测量结果的不确定度评定以及测量特性分析。经试验数据分析,PTB210和PTB220串行输出的气压测得值符合JJG 1084-2013《数字式气压计》示值误差要求,PTB220电压输出经调整线性增益及偏移后符合JJG(气象)001-2015《自动气象站气压传感器》示值误差要求。三组测量数据具有相同的测量不确定度,但PTB210的测量精密度明显好于PTB220。In order to compare the measurement uncertainty,measurement error,measurement repeatability characteristics of pressure sensors with different output types,the method specified in JJF 1059.12012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement was used to evaluate the uncertainty of measurement results and analyze the measurement characteristics of PTB210 and PTB220 two types of pressure sensors,PTB220 serial data and voltage output types.Through the analysis of the test data,the pressure measured values of PTB210 and PTB220 serial output meets the error requirements of JJG 1084-2013 Digitial Barometer,and the PTB 220 voltage output meet the JJG(Meteorological)001-2015 Pressure Sensor of Automatic Meteorologiral Station after adjusting for linear gain and offset.The three groups of measurement data have the same measurement uncertainty,but the measurement precision of PTB210 is better than that of PTB220.
