摘　　要：文章从市场经济的视角出发,对物业管理模式进行深入研究,旨在揭示物业管理行业在市场经济条件下的发展现状,并探索物业管理模式创新的有效途径。首先,利用“互联网+”的策略,可以有效丰富物业管理服务的内容,适应现代社会对物业服务多样化和高效化的需求;其次,全面而切实地提升物业服务人员的专业能力和服务素质,是确保高质量物业服务的关键;再次,积极推动物业服务向更专业化方向发展,以提升行业竞争力;最后,根据市场的供需关系合理设定物业管理的收费标准,寻找优化物业管理模式的经济杠杆。这些措施的实施,在推动物业管理行业市场化水平提升的同时,也能够实现物业服务供需双方的共赢,为物业管理行业的健康发展提供坚实的基础。From the perspective of market economy,this research conducts in-depth innovative research on property management mode,aiming to reveal the current development status of property management industry under the condition of market economy,and explore the effective way of property management mode innovation.Firstly,the strategy of“Internet+”can effectively enrich the content of property management service and adapt to the demand of modern society for diversification and high efficiency of property service;secondly,the professional ability and service quality of the property service personnel comprehensively and effectively improved is the key to ensure high quality property service;again,actively promote the development of property service in a more professional direction to enhance the competitiveness of the industry;finally,set the charging standard of property management according to the supply and demand relationship of the market,to find the economic lever to optimize the property management mode.The implementation of these measures can not only promote the marketization level of the property management industry,but also achieve the win-win situation between the supply and demand of property services,and provide a solid foundation for the healthy development of the property management industry.
