摘  要:近年来,我国科创金融制度和市场体系持续健全,初步建成全方位、多层次的科创金融服务体系。文章基于自驱力和价值银行理论,对N城商行科创客群薄弱环节进行分析,认为该行应从加强行业研究、健全产品体系、分层分类管理、构建科创生态圈、打造品牌效应等五方面改善科创金融服务模式、构建科创客群自驱体系,以实现科创金融领域的长远发展。Recently,China's science and technology innovation financial system and market system have continued to improve,and a comprehensive and multi-level science and technology innovation financial service system has been built.Based on the theory of self-motivation and value banking,this paper analyzes the weaknesses of N City Commercial Banks science and technology innovation customer group,analyzes that the bank should build a self-driving system for science and technology innovation customer group from five aspects:strengthening industry research,improving product system,hierarchical and classified management,building science and technology innovation ecosystem,and building brand effect,to achieve long-term development in the field of science and technology innovation finance.
