智慧城市视域下管理会计专业学生就业率提升对策研究——以青岛城市学院为例

摘　　要：以大数据、云计算和人工智能为特征的智慧城市时代已悄然而至,智慧城市建设除了需要技术,还需要具备数智化背景的经济管理人才。因此,对会计行业的发展提出了新的要求,管理会计人才只有具备数智化背景才能参与到城市运营项目的管理决策过程当中,促进会计管理和信息技术的融合,推动智慧城市的发展。文章以青岛城市学院管理会计专业为例,通过分析智慧城市视域下管理会计人才培养存在的问题,制订提升管理会计专业学生就业率的对策。The era of smart cities,characterized by big data,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence,has quietly arrived.The construction of smart cities requires not only technological expertise but also economically minded management talents with a background in data intelligence.Therefore,new demands have been put forth for the development of the accounting industry.Management accountants with a background in data intelligence can truly participate in the management decision-making process of urban operation projects,facilitating the integration of accounting management and information technology to promote the development of smart cities.This paper takes Qingdao City Universitys major in management accounting as an example to analyze the problems existing in talent cultivation for management accountants within the perspective of developing smart cities and formulates strategies to improve employment rates for students majoring in management accounting.
