摘  要:针对舰载机维护中底事件发生概率不能得到最快排故策略的问题,提出一种结合故障概率和检查时间的重要度指标,用来制定排故策略。用包含底事件发生概率和检查时间的公式计算排故重要度和第二排故重要度;以拦阻钩放不下来的故障为例,制定排故策略,并用蒙特卡罗方法进行验证。验证结果表明,该排故重要度方法排故总时间较短。Aiming at the problem that the occurrence probability of each basic event in the maintenance of carrier-based aircraft can not obtain the fastest troubleshooting strategy,an importance index combining failure probability and inspection time is proposed to formulate the troubleshooting strategy.The importance of troubleshooting and the importance of the second troubleshooting are calculated by the formula containing the occurrence probability of the bottom event and the inspection time.Taking the failure of the arresting hook as an example,the troubleshooting strategy is formulated and verified by Monte Carlo method.The verification results show that the total troubleshooting time of this method is short.
