摘　　要：随着医疗卫生体制改革的持续推进,国家积极鼓励民营资本进入医疗市场,对内部运营管理水平提出了更高的要求。在这一背景下,公立医院要加强对内部控制工作的重视,结合内外部发展要求,建立科学完善的内控体系,利用其在风险问题防范、经营活动优化、内部审计监督等方面的优势,为医院健康可持续发展提供助力。文章简单阐述公立医院加强内部控制的必要性,结合具体工作中面临的问题提出改进措施。With the continuous promotion of the reform of the healthcare system,the government actively encourages private capital to enter the healthcare market,and has put forward higher requirements for internal operational management.In this context,public hospitals should strengthen their emphasis on internal control work,establish a scientific and comprehensive internal control system based on internal and external development requirements,and utilize their advantages in risk prevention,business activity optimization,internal audit supervision,etc.to provide assistance for the healthy and sustainable development of hospitals.This article briefly elaborates on the necessity of strengthening internal control in public hospitals,and proposes improvement measures based on the problems faced in specific work.
