摘　　要：文章深入探讨了事业单位固定资产管理中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了具体的改进措施。通过对事业单位固定资产管理的现状分析,发现存在管理制度不健全、管理手段落后、信息化程度低等问题。针对这些问题,文章提出了完善管理制度、优化管理手段、提升信息化水平等改进措施,旨在提高事业单位固定资产管理的效率和效益,为事业单位的稳定发展提供有力支持。This paper deeply discusses the problems existing in the management of fixed assets in public institutions,and puts forward specific improvement measures in view of these problems.Through the analysis of the current situation of fixed assets management in public institutions,it is found that there are problems such as imperfect management system,backward management means and low informatization degree.In response to these problems,this paper puts forward improvement measures such as perfecting management system,optimizing management means,and enhancing informatization level,aiming at improving the efficiency and benefit of fixed assets management of public institutions,and providing strong support for the stable development of public institutions.
