摘　　要：从目前公开审理的案件来看,建设工程招投标管理工作中仍存在诸多问题,特别是各类违法违规事件层出不穷,严重影响了相关行业企业的稳定健康发展。文章首先简单分析了建筑工程招投标管理工作的重要性,重点从招标和投标两个方面讨论了当前建筑工程招投标管理工作中的问题,并针对其问题提出了几点完善措施,同时提出了保障其措施有效性的管理对策,旨在为建筑企业规范招投标管理提供有价值的参考。From the current open cases,there are still many problems in the bidding management of construction projects,especially all kinds of illegal incidents emerge in an endless stream,which seriously affects the stable and healthy development of enterprises in related industries.This paper first simple analysis of the importance of construction engineering bidding management,mainly discusses the problems from two aspects of bidding and bidding in the current construction project bidding management,and to improve the problem,and puts forward the management measures to ensure the effectiveness of the measures,aims to specification for construction enterprise bidding management to provide valuable reference.
