摘　　要：美国非营利戏剧组织是戏剧生态中非常重要的一环,具有最广大的观众群体。其在组织形态上是具有免税资格501c3的法律实体,实行董事会、艺术总监、管理总监三角形的管理结构,并采取以固定剧目轮演制、季票订购制为主的艺术生产方式。非营利戏剧组织基于社区,以剧院的使命和宗旨为核心,和商业性制作人合作从而形成良性循环。Non-profit theater organizations in the United States are a very important part of the theater ecosystem,with the widest audience.It is a legal entity with tax exemption qualifications in terms of organizational form,implementing a triangular management structure of board of directors,artistic director,and management director,and adopting an art production mode mainly based on fixed repertoire rotation and season ticket subscription.Non-profit theater organizations are based on communities,with the mission and purpose of the theater as their core,and collaborate with commercial producers to form a virtuous cycle.
