总体国家安全观视阈下反情报转型问题研究

摘　　要：[研究目的]反情报工作是国家安全情报工作的重要组成部分。总体国家安全观的提出为推动新时代反情报转型提供了重要契机。加快反情报转型有助于提升维护国家安全的能力水平。[研究方法]通过文献分析、比较研究等方法,剖析总体国家安全观视阈下反情报工作的运行机理,阐释反情报工作维护国家安全的现实要求,揭示新时代反情报工作转型的实践进路。[研究结论]新时代反情报转型应正确把握反情报工作的几对矛盾关系,一体化开展反情报工作,充分认识反情报工作的复杂性,推动反情报在大国情报博弈中发挥拱顶石作用,不断完善反情报领域立法工作。[Research purpose]Counterintelligence is an important part of national security work.The introduction of the holistic approach to national security provides an important opportunity to promote the transformation of counterintelligence in the new era.Accelerated counterintelligence transformation will enhance the capacity to maintain national security.[Research method]Through literature analysis,comparative research and other methods,it analyzes the operation mechanism of counterintelligence under the overall national security concept,explains the realistic requirements of counterintelligence to safeguard national security,and reveals the practical path of transformation of counterintelligence in the new era.[Research conclusion]Counterintelligence transformation in the new era should correctly grasp the contradictory relationships of counterintelligence work,carry out counterintelligence work in an integrated manner,promote the role of counterintelligence as a capstone in the intelligence game of the great powers,and continuously improve the legislative work in the field of counterintelligence.
