从元杂剧到小说——论百回本《西游记》承继的民族文化观

摘  要:元代杂剧西游故事无论是在取材还是叙述形式上均影响了吴承恩百回本《西游记》的创作,学界对此展开的研究成果也较多。事实上,吴承恩在对“俗”文本继承的基础上,对元杂剧西游故事中出现的民族文化融合与交流的因素作了相当的改良,使得百回本《西游记》成为“俗”中见“雅”、集结文学观赏性与思想深度的中国经典文学作品。研究元杂剧西游故事与百回本西游故事之间的关联有利于我们进一步掌握中国文学作品所蕴含的多元文化色彩与民族文化融合思想,对当今的文学创作具有启示意义。The western journey story of the Yuan Dynasty drama has influenced the creation of Wu Cheng’en’s hundred chapter novel Journey to the West in both material selection and narrative form,and there have been many research achievements in this field.In fact,on the basis of taking“vulgarity”as the core of text creation,Wu Cheng’en has also made considerable inheritance and improvement on the factors of ethnic cultural integration and exchange that appear in the western journey stories of the Yuan Dynasty’s Zaju,making the hundred chapter version of Journey to the West a classic Chinese literary work that embodies“elegance”in“vulgarity”and combines literary appreciation and ideological depth.Studying the relationship between the western journey stories of Yuan Zaju and the hundred volume Journey to the West is beneficial for us to further grasp the multicultural and ethnic cultural integration ideas contained in Chinese literary works,which has enlightening significance for today’s literary creation.
