摘 要:锦/棉混纺织物染色时,活性染料常对锦纶产生沾色,造成织物的色牢度下降及色光变化。用防沾剂对锦/棉混纺织物进行处理,以减少活性染料对锦纶的沾色情况,测试并分析了预处理温度、预处理时间、HAc用量、防沾剂用量、皂洗温度对锦纶防沾色效果的影响,同时探究了防沾剂预处理对锦纶染色的影响。当预处理温度为80℃、HAc用量为0.6 g/L、防沾剂用量为2.0 g/L、保温时间为20 min、皂洗温度为80℃时,锦纶防沾色效果最好。在优化预处理工艺下,锦纶防沾色剂不仅可有效防止活性染料对锦纶的沾色,而且对染色后织物的深度、耐汗渍色牢度、耐皂洗色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度无影响。In the dyeing of nylon/cotton blended fabrics,reactive dyes often induce staining on the nylon component,leading to reduced color fastness and alterations in fabrics coloration.To address this issue,an anti-staining agent is applied to the nylon/cotton blended fabrics.The influences of various parameters,including pre-treatment temperature,pretreatment duration,acetic acid(HAc)dosage,anti-staining agent dosage,and soaping temperature on the anti-staining effect of nylon were systematically investigated.When the pre-treatment temperature is 80℃,the amount of HAc is 0.6 g/L,the amount of anti staining agent is 2.0 g/L,the insulation time is 20 min,and the soap washing temperature is 80℃,the anti-staining effect of nylon is the best.Under the optimized pret-reatment process,the anti-staining agent for nylon can not only effectively prevent the staining of nylon by reactive dyes,but also has no effect on the depth of dyed fabric,color fastness to sweat,color fastness to soap washing,and color fastness to friction.
