摘  要:针对服装生产流水线中工序分配不合理、瓶颈工序时间长等问题,使用改进ECRS法和Flexsim软件对服装工序进行重新编排优化与仿真模拟,提高生产流水线的平衡率。以Z公司某款女式休闲裤生产流水线作为研究对象,使用改进ECRS法对生产流水线的工序进行优化平衡,通过Flexsim软件对优化后的生产流水线进行仿真模拟生产。结果表明,优化后的生产线编制效率η由65.83%提高至90.89%,日均产量由141件提高至195件,生产效率提高38.30%。In view of the unbalanced problems such as unreasonable process allocation and long bottleneck process time,the improved ECRS method and Flexsim software were used to optimize and simulate the garment process,so as to improve the balance rate of the production line.Taking the production line of a certain women’s casual pants from Z company as the research object,the improved ECRS method was used to optimize and balance the process of the production line,and the optimized production line was simulated by Flexsim software.The results showed that after optimization,the compiling efficiencyηincreased from 65.83%to 90.89%,the daily output increased from 141 to 195,and the production efficiency increased by 38.30%.
