摘 要:纺织行业“十四五”规划为印染行业指明了绿色、清洁染整工艺与技术的发展方向。基于这一视角,围绕超临界CO_(2)、离子液体和油质等非水、少水介质染色,电化学染色、微生物色素、结构生色等新型染色原料与技术,以及微波、超声波技术在染色工艺中的应用展开研究,主要介绍各技术的原理、应用现状及优势。相比传统染色工艺,清洁染色工艺和技术具有节约染料用量、缩短工艺、节能节水、减少废水废气排放等特点,是促进纺织印染行业可持续发展的重要方面。The“14th Five-Year Plan”of textile industry has pointed out the development direction of green and clean dyeing processes and technologies for dyeing and printing industry.Based on this perspec-tive,the dyeing of non-aqueous and less aqueous media such as supercritical CO_(2),ionic liquid and oil,new dyeing materials and technologies such as electrochemical dyeing,microbial pigment and biomimetic dyeing,as well as the application of microwave and ultrasonic technology in dyeing process were focused on.The principle,application status and advantages of various technologies were introduced.Clean dyeing processes and technologies,compared to traditional dyeing,had the characteristics of saving dye usage,shortening the process,saving energy and water,and reducing wastewater and exhaust emissions,which was an important aspect to promote the sustainable development of textile dyeing and printing industry.
