新经济背景下区块链技术在管理会计中的应用

摘　　要：区块链技术有助于提高管理会计的透明度和可追溯性,能够推动管理会计降本增效,增强管理会计的合规性,并为企业风险管理提供新的工具。为了充分发挥区块链技术在管理会计中的作用,文章从管理会计的职能出发,围绕价值链管理、成本管理、全面预算管理、内部控制、业绩评价及管理会计报告6个方面进行探究,进而从人才、技术、制度3个方面提出了若干做好区块链技术应用保障工作的具体建议。Block-chain technology helps to enhance the transparency and traceability of management accounting,boost efficiency while slashing cost,enhance the compliance of management accounting,and provide new tools for enterprise risk management.In order to fully leverage the role of block-chain,this article explores six aspects of management functions:value chain,cost,comprehensive budget,internal control,performance evaluation,and management accounting reporting.Furthermore,specific suggestions for ensuring the application of block-chain are proposed in terms of personnel,technology,and system.
