摘 要:为解决低渗透煤层瓦斯抽采治理难题,以毛家庄矿8203工作面为工程背景,阐述了机械造穴卸压增透瓦斯抽采技术。在建立机械造穴卸压增透瓦斯抽采计算模型后,研究了钻孔造穴直径、钻孔间距及瓦斯抽采负压等参数对低渗透煤层卸压增透的影响规律。研究表明,钻孔造穴直径越大,煤层卸压增透效果越好,钻孔间距越大,影响范围越大,卸压效果随之降低,瓦斯抽采负压越大,对瓦斯抽采效果越好,但对煤层的卸压效果影响较小。应用此技术进行现场试验,抽采瓦斯效果良好,可为低渗透煤层瓦斯抽采治理提供借鉴。In order to solve the problem of gas extraction and control in low-permeability coal seams,taking the 8203 working face in Maojiazhuang Mine as the engineering background,the article explains the mechanical caving,pressure relief,and permeability gas extraction technology.After a mechanical caving,pressure relief,and permeability gas extraction calculation model is established,the influence rule of parameters such as the diameter of drilling hole,the spacing between drilling holes and negative pressure for gas extraction on pressure relief and permeability in low-permeability coal seams are researched;Research has shown that the larger the diameter of drilling holes,the better the pressure relief and permeability effect of coal seams.The larger the spacing between drilling holes,the larger the impact range,and the lower the pressure relief effect.The higher the negative pressure of gas extraction,the greater the gas extraction effect,and the impact on the pressure relief effect of coal seams is relatively small,however.These technologies were tested on site,and the on-site gas extraction effect was good,which provides reference for gas extraction and control in low-permeability coal seams.
