摘 要:井下供电系统作为煤矿生产的重要保障,因其供电网络自动化监控水平低下、保护配置落后等问题导致短路及越级跳闸事故频繁发生,严重影响煤矿生产与效益。采用自动化供电监控技术对传统煤矿井下供电监控系统进行改造,提出了一种基于分布式监控结构、专用防越级跳闸通信网络的煤矿井下供电自动化监控方案。系统采用分布式电力测控分站作为功能载体,集成各类智能传感设备,实时监测井下各供电所高压开关等设备。同时在井下各变电所安装防越级智能综保器,结合防越级专用通信环网构建防越级保护子系统,有效提高系统保护可靠性与准确度,消除保护死区。经实际应用,系统可有效识别并快速可靠切除故障,保护动作准确性及灵敏度显著提高,对于提高煤矿供电安全可靠性及无人值守水平具有实际意义。As an important production guarantee for coal mines,the underground power supply system,due to its low level of power supply network automation and monitoring,backward protection configuration and other problems,leads to the frequent occurrence of short-circuit and overstep trip accidents,which seriously affects the production and benefits of coal mines.An automated power supply monitoring technology is adopted to transform the traditional underground coal mine power supply monitoring system,and a coal mine underground power supply automation monitoring program based on distributed monitoring structure and dedicated anti-overrun trip communication network is proposed.The system adopts distributed power measurement and control substation as the functional carrier,integrates various intelligent sensing devices,and realizes real-time monitoring of high-voltage switches and other equipments in underground power supply stations.At the same time,it installs anti-degradation intelligent synthesizer in each underground substation,and builds anti-degradation protection subsystem by combining with anti-degradation special communication ring network,which effectively improves the reliability and accuracy of system protection and eliminates the protection dead zone.After practical application,the system can effectively recognize and quickly and reliably remove faults,and the accuracy and sensitivity of the protection action is significantly improved,which is of practical significance for improving the safety and reliability of coal mine power supply and the level of unattended operation.
