摘　　要：远东联邦区占俄罗斯联邦领土面积的40.6%,矿产资源丰富,对俄罗斯的未来发展及其在多极世界中地位的提升有着极为重要的意义。远东联邦区的发展是加强俄罗斯与亚太地区伙伴关系的重要因素。2023年俄罗斯远东联邦区经济社会形势基本稳定。在经历了新冠疫情、西方制裁和俄乌冲突等重大事件的连续冲击后,俄罗斯远东地区经济社会整体表现出了一定的韧性,各项指标波动不大。在俄罗斯联邦政府的积极推动下,远东地区经济社会发展呈现出良好态势。全年地区生产总值增长6.4%,居民人均现金收入高于全俄平均水平。但该地区有38项经济社会指标低于全俄平均水平,人口问题、民生问题以及劳动力不足等问题仍未得到改善,并逐步发展成为制约远东地区经济社会发展的主要因素。The Far Eastern Federal District accounts for 40.6%of the territory of the Russian Federation and is rich in mineral resources.It plays an extremely important role in the future development of Russia and has its own position in a multipolar world.The development of the Far Eastern Federal District is an important factor in strengthening the partnership between Russia and the Asia-Pacific region.The economic and social situation in the Russian Far Eastern Federal District was generally stable in 2023.Experiencing the continuous impact of major events such as the COVID-19 pandemic,western sanctions and the Russia-Ukraine conflict,the overall economy and society in the Russian Far East has shown a certain degree of resilience,and various indicators have not fluctuated very much.Under the active promotion of the Russian federal government,the economic and social development of the Far East has shown positive trend.The regional GDP grew by 6.4%throughout the year,and the per capita cash income of residents was higher than the national average.However,38 economic and social indicators in the region are lower than the national average,and population problems,livelihood problems and labor shortages have not been solved,and have gradually become the main factors restricting the economic and social development of the Far East.
