摘  要:作为一种新兴的电子应用技术,可拉伸电子器件打破了传统刚性电路的限制,进一步拓展了光电子材料的应用领域。可拉伸有机场效应晶体管(STOFETs)可作为信号调制和电子开关元器件,正在被应用于可穿戴电子、植入式电子和类皮肤电子等领域。本文综述了近年来STOFETs核心材料及制备工艺的研究进展,包括电极、电介质层、有机半导体层材料,溶液法、印刷法、溶液沉积法等制备工艺,并介绍了STOFETs器件的相关应用。最后,对STOFETs器件存在的科学问题进行了总结并就未来发展方向进行了展望。Stretchable electronic devices as an emerging electronic application technology break the limitations of traditional rigid circuits and further expanded the application fields of optoelectronic materials.Stretchable organic field-effect transistors(STOFETs)can be used as signal modulation and electronic switching components,and are being applied in fields such as wearable electronics,implantable electronics,and skin like electronics.This article reviews the research progress on core materials and preparation processes of STOFETs in recent years,including electrode,dielectric layer,and organic semiconductor layer materials.Then,the preparation processes such as solution method,printing method,and solution deposition method were summarized,and the relevant applications of STOFETs devices were introduced.Finally,a brief summary of the scientific issues existing in STOFETs devices was provided,and future development directions were discussed.
