播期和热水浸种对油用牡丹‘凤丹’种子发芽的影响

摘　　要：以油用牡丹‘凤丹’种子为试材,研究了播期和热水浸种对其发芽的影响。结果表明‘凤丹’种子收获1个月后含水量显著降低;8月是油用牡丹‘凤丹’适宜播种期,9月之后播种会显著降低出苗率;热水浸种能显著提高‘凤丹’种子的含水量,但随着储存时期的延长,‘凤丹’种子的吸水能力显著下降;‘凤丹’种子的发芽率与含水量呈显著正相关,热水浸种能够显著提高8月下旬及9月上旬播期‘凤丹’种子的发芽率。Oil peony cv.‘Fengdan'was used as materials in this study to investigate the effects of sowing date and hot water seed-soaking on their germination.The results show that the seed moisture content decreased significantly after one month of harvest.August is a suitable sowing period for oil peony‘Fengdan',and the seed moisture content will significantly decrease when sowing after September.Soaking seeds in hot water can significantly increase the moisture content of‘Fengdan'seeds.However,the water absorption capacity of‘Fengdan'seeds significantly decreases with the extension of the storage period.The germination rate is positively correlated with the moisture content of‘Fengdan'seeds.Hot water seed soaking can significantly increase the germination rate of‘Fengdan'seeds sown in late August and early September.
