摘 要:针对干式空心电抗器匝间短路故障所产生的磁场变化,本文通过理论研究、建模仿真与样机试验相结合的方式,研究基于磁阻效应的干式空心电抗器匝间短路磁场检测方案。仿真过程中建立了电抗器匝间短路的有限元模型,完成了不同位置处以及不同故障程度的磁场变化量的计算。基于仿真结果,确定了磁场的测量位置,并应用磁阻效应传感器开展了电抗器匝间短路磁场测量试验。试验结果表明:由于测量过程中不与电抗器接触,磁阻效应传感器应用时并不影响电抗器的正常运行;其次,磁阻效应传感器能够有效反映出电抗器故障时磁场的变化情况,验证了磁阻效应传感器测量干式空心电抗器匝间短路磁场的可行性。Aiming at the magnetic field change due to the inter⁃turn short⁃circuit of dry⁃type air core reactor,the inter⁃turn short circuit magnetic field detection scheme of dry⁃type air core reactor based on reluctance effectis analyzedthrough the combination of theoretical research,modeling and simulation as well as prototype test.In the simulation process,the finite element model of inter⁃turn short circuit of reactor is set up,and the calculation of magnetic field change at different positions and different fault degrees is completed.Based on the simulation results,the measurement position of the magnetic field is determined,and the magnetic field measurement test of the inter⁃turn short circuit of the reactor is performed by using the reluctance effect sensor.The test results show that the reluctance effect sensor in application does not affect the normal operation of reactor because it is not in contact with reactor in the measurement process;Secondly,the reluctance effect sensor can effectively reflect the magnetic field change in case of fault of the reactor,and the feasibility of the reluctance effect sensor to measure the inter⁃turn short circuit magnetic field of dry⁃type air core reactor is verified.
