摘 要:液态金属电池是一种新型储能电池,具有大容量、大充放电电流、长寿命等特点。本文介绍了液态金属电池的原理,通过实验获得了电池的充放电特性,根据电池充放电电压低、平台期长等特点,提出了电池串联复合均衡模式。以4个电池为基本单位组成电池小组,采用电阻式被动均衡电路实现组内单电池均衡,利用电感转移电路设计了主动均衡,实现电池组间的均衡,在此基础上给出了电池组在充电和放电过程下的均衡策略。对24个电池的串联电路利用设计的复合均衡模式进行了实际测试,实验结果表明该均衡模式可以实现多电池串联均衡,为电池管理系统(BMS)的开发打下了良好基础。Liquid metal battery(LMB)is a kind of new energy storage battery with such characteristics as large capacity,large charging and discharging current as well as long service life.The principle of the LMB is introduced firstly in this paper,the charging and discharging characteristic of the battery is obtained by the experiment and,on the basis of such features of the battery as low charging and discharging voltage and long platform,the series compound equilibrium mode is proposed of the battery.The battery group is formed with 4 batteries as the basic unit,the resistive passive equalization circuit is adopted to achieve the single battery equilibrium.The active equalization is designed by the use of inductance transfer circuit so to achieve equalization among the batteries and,on this basis,the equalization strategy of the battery group during the charging and discharging period is given.The designed compound equilibrium mode is used to test the series circuit of the 24 batteries.Test results show that this equalization mode can achieve implement of multiple batteries in series,which lays a good foundation for the development of battery management system(BMS).
