无缝钢轨焊接接头在冲击荷载作用下的磨损性能研究

摘  要:为弄清无缝钢轨焊接接头处在列车运行冲击荷载作用下的磨损规律,对闪光焊和铝热焊两种焊接工艺下的接头,在不同冲击荷载、冲击循环次数下的磨损行为进行模拟试验研究。结果表明:母材区的磨损程度最小,焊缝区的磨损程度居中,焊热区的磨损程度最大,焊热区将先于焊缝区进入疲劳磨损状态;磨损程度随着冲击载荷和循环次数的增加而逐渐增大,在低冲击力下,闪光焊焊热区磨损程度小于铝热焊焊热区,在高冲击力下,闪光焊焊热区磨损程度高于铝热焊焊热区;经历冲击磨损后,珠光体组织逐渐拉长为纤维状,接头处的Fe元素含量逐渐减小,C、O元素将逐渐增加;疲劳磨损和氧化磨损是造成钢轨接头冲击磨损的主要原因。In order to understand the wear rule of welded joints of seamless rail under the impact load of train operation,the wear behavior of joints under flash welding and thermit welding under different impact loads and impact cycles was simulated.The results show that the wear degree of the base metal zone is the lowest,the wear degree of the weld zone is the middle,and the wear degree of the welding heat zone is the highest.The welding heat zone will enter the fatigue wear state before the weld zone;The wear degree gradually increases with the increase of impact load and cycle times.Under low impact force,the wear degree of flash welding hot zone is less than that of aluminothermic welding hot zone,and under high impact force,the wear degree of flash welding hot zone is higher than that of aluminothermic welding hot zone;After impact wear,the pearlite structure is gradually elongated into fibrous,the Fe content at the joint is gradually reduced,and the C and O elements are gradually increased;Fatigue wear and oxidation wear are the main causes of impact wear of rail joints.
