摘 要:为了分析柔性构架对车辆系统构架振动特性、非线性临界速度、运行安全性、平稳性的影响,采用ANSYS建立了构架的弹性体,并且借助UM多体动力学仿真软件,建立了CRH2型车的刚柔耦合动力学模型。仿真分析表明:构架考虑为柔性体后,其振动加速度幅值大于刚性构架,且考虑构架的弹性变形效应后,车辆系统的非线性临界速度略微增大,脱轨系数增大,轮重减载率减小,车辆系统的横向Sperling指数和垂向Sperling指数增大。In order to analyze the influence of elastic vibration of flexible frame on nonlinear critical velocity,running safety and stability of vehicle system frame,the elastic body of frame is established by ANSYS.The rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of CRH2 EMU is established by using the multi-body dynamics software UM.The simulation results show that the vibration acceleration amplitude of the flexible frame is higher than that of the rigid frame after the frame is treated as a flexible body.Considering the elastic deformation effect of the frame,the nonlinear critical velocity of the vehicle system increases slightly,the derailment coefficient increases,the wheel load reduction rate decreases,and the transverse Sperling exponent and the vertical Sperling exponent of the vehicle system increase.
