摘　　要：在传统SWOT定性分析的基础上,结合专家打分法和层次分析法并使用SPSS18.0对相关数据进行处理分析,引用定量战略计划矩阵(QSPM矩阵)对影响玉溪市高质量发展的内外部条件做量化评价。结果表明:玉溪市内部优势和外部机遇都很明显,但同时内部劣势和外部威胁也不可小视;从总体作用效能来看,玉溪市高质量发展的内部动力和外部推力都较大,但还需进一步强化内部优势,抓住难得的发展机遇。On the basis of conventional SWOT qualitative analysis,in combination with expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and using SPSS 18.0 to process and analyze related data,the quantitative strategic planning matrix(QSPM matrix)is quoted to quantitatively evaluate the internal and external conditions that influence high-quality development of Yuxi City.The results indicate that Yuxi City's internal strengths and external opportunities in Yuxi City are very clear.At the same time,however,internal weaknesses and external threats should not be taken lightly.From the perspective of overall function efficiency,both the internal impetus and external pushing force for high-quality development in Yuxi City are relatively large.However,it is necessary to further strengthen internal strengths to seize god-given opportunities for development.
