摘　　要：近年来,LNG接收站迎来了建设高峰期,LNG罐内低压泵是LNG储罐内唯一动设备,本文描述了LNG罐内低压泵的调试方法并记录了额定流量的30%,60%,80%,100%,110%的性能运行数据,通过对比国产泵和进口泵不同流量下的振动值和扬程,分析得出国产泵和进口泵均满足设计要求,但在大流量时国产LNG罐内低压泵振动值波动较大,在本体动平衡计算方面还有优化的空间。In recent years,LNG receiving stations have entered a peak period of construction.The LP pump inside the LNG tank is the only dynamic equipment inside the LNG tank.This article describes the debugging method of the LP pump inside the LNG tank and records the performance operation data of 30%,60%,80%,100%,and 110%of the rated flow rate.By comparing the vibration values and head of domestic pumps and imported pumps under different flow rates,it is analyzed that both domestic and imported pumps meet the design requirements.However,the vibration values of the LP pump inside the domestic LNG tank fluctuate greatly at high flow rates,and there is still room for optimization in the calculation of the dynamic balance of the body.
