摘 要:为验证BIM技术在大型公共建筑火灾应急疏散中的应用价值,基于张家湾奥特莱斯商场BIM模型,通过数据转化生成了火灾场景模型,研究了火灾发展过程中烟气、温度、能见度与CO浓度分布及蔓延规律,发现能见度是影响人员安全疏散的重要因素,将BIM技术与仿真模拟进行融合应用,可显著提高公共建筑火灾应急管理的信息化水平。In order to verify the application value of BIM technology in emergency evacuation of large public building fires,a fire scene model was generated based on the BIM model of Zhangjiawan Outlets Mall through data transformation.The distribution and spread patterns of smoke,temperature,visibility,and CO concentration during the fire development process were studied.It was found that visibility is an important factor affecting the safe evacuation of personnel.The integration of BIM technology and simulation simulation can significantly improve the informationization level of public building fire emergency management.
