摘  要:为分析淮河中游某码头建设前后对河道防洪的影响,基于MIKE21构建了码头建设河段工程前后二维水动力模型,对码头工程建设对河道水位、流速等影响情况进行模拟分析,计算结果表明,码头工程建设后,水位最大降低0.21m,流速最大增加0.175m/s,河道主泓流场分布基本稳定,对河道防洪影响较小。同时本文也提出针对所处河道凹湾的码头,工程建设时要做好港池喇叭口位置的岸坡防护措施以及与下游河道岸坡平顺衔接。In order to analyze the impact of a dock construction on river flood control in the middle reaches of the Huai River,a two-dimensional hydrodynamic model was constructed based on MIKE21 before and after the dock construction project.The simulation analysis was conducted on the impact of dock construction on river water level,flow velocity,and other factors.The calculation results showed that after the dock construction,the water level decreased by a maximum of 0.21m and the flow velocity increased by a maximum of 0.175m/s.The distribution of the main flow field in the river was basically stable,and the impact on river flood control was relatively small.At the same time,this article also proposes that for the dock located in the concave bay of the river,during the construction of the project,measures should be taken to protect the bank slope at the mouth of the port basin's horn and to smoothly connect with the downstream river bank slope.
