摘  要:为研究天然气在传统封闭式厨房布局和开放式厨房布局下天然气泄漏扩散规律,基于流体动力学、泄漏扩散理论等,运用三维数值模拟方法,模拟天然气在两种建筑模式下的泄漏扩散过程。结果表明:开放式厨房布局天然气扩散速度比封闭式厨房布局快。封闭式发生泄漏,厨房内气云易聚集,浓度升高较快,达到爆炸下限时间短。若发生爆炸,封闭式事故后果高于开放式;但发生泄漏,开放式扩散快,泄漏后发生爆炸事故概率高于封闭式。该研究明确了天然气在开放式和封闭式厨房布局下的泄漏事故后果,为引导居民在开放式厨房安全使用天然气具有现实意义,为我国制定安全使用燃气制度提供理论参考。In order to study the natural gas leakage and diffusion law in traditional closed kitchen layout and open kitchen layout,based on fluid dynamics,leakage diffusion theory,etc.,three-dimensional numerical simulation method is used to simulate the natural gas leakage and diffusion process in two building modes.The results show that the natural gas diffusion rate in the open kitchen layout is faster than that in the closed kitchen layout.When leakage occurs in the closed type,the gas cloud in the kitchen is easy to gather,the concentration rises faster and the time to reach the lower limit of explosion is shorter.In case of an explosion,the consequences of an accident in a closed kitchen are higher than those in an open kitchen.However,in case of a leak,the diffusion rate is faster in an open kitchen,and the explosion after a leak is higher than that in a closed kitchen.This study clarifies the consequences of natural gas leakage accidents in open and closed kitchen layouts,which is of practical significance for guiding residents to use natural gas safely in open kitchens,and provides theoretical references for the development of a safe gas use system in China.
