摘　　要：随着炼油厂和煤化工项目的增多,含H2S和SO2等有害气体的尾气排放量也增多。为减少尾气中的硫含量和合理利用硫回收中产生的热量,往往会增加硫回收装置并在硫回收装置中设置废热锅炉。本文从选材、结构设计和强度计算三个方面,阐述了一种卧式火管废热锅炉在硫回收项目中的设计特点。With the increase of oil refineries and coal chemical projects,the emissions of harmful gases such as H2S and SO2 have also increased.In order to reduce the sulfur content in the exhaust gas and rationally use the heat generated in the sulfur recovery unit,the waste heat boiler is added and installed in the sulfur recovery unit.This paper expounds the rational design of the waste heat boiler in the sulfur recovery project from the aspects of selection,structure design and strength calculation.
