浅谈工艺因素在编制石化管道定期检验方案中的重要性

摘　　要：石化装置中的压力管道走向多变,错综复杂。这给石化压力管道定期检验带来极大的困难。在检验前必须先弄清楚管道的走向,并编制出详细的检验方案,以便确定重点的检验部位及对应的检验、检测项目。本文从工作参数及工艺流程方面入手,浅谈在石化管道定期检验中,事先了解和掌握整个装置的工艺,对编制并优化检验方案的重要性。The direction of pressure pipelines in petrochemical plants is variable,complex,and spatially overlapping,which poses great difficulties for regular inspection of petrochemical pressure pipelines.Before inspection,it is necessary to clarify the direction of the pipeline and develop a detailed inspection plan to determine the key inspection areas and corresponding inspection and testing items.This article starts from the aspects of process parameters and processes,and discusses the importance of understanding and mastering the process of the entire device in advance in the regular inspection of petrochemical pipelines,in order to formulate and optimize the inspection plan and achieve targeted goals.
