摘  要:旨在建立不同含水率下红壤的离散元参数模型,探讨适用于不同含水率红壤的标定方法。首先,利用圆筒提升法对不同含水率的红壤进行物理试验,测定其堆积角,建立含水率与堆积角的回归方程;其次,采用EDEM离散元软件,模拟不同含水率红壤的堆积角;再次,以堆积角为响应值,运用Plackett-Burman试验从10个因素中筛选出3个显著因素,并通过最陡爬坡试验确定其最优区间;最后,使用Box-Behnken试验建立堆积角与显著因素的二次回归模型,从而得到含水率与离散元参数的关系模型。为了验证模型的有效性,采用朗氏法试验进行对比分析。结果表明:建立了10%~35%范围内红壤含水率—堆积角模型,模型相关系数为0.992。显著因素及其最优区间:红壤剪切模量为4.6~8.2 MPa、红壤—红壤静摩擦系数为0.52~0.84、动摩擦系数为0.13~0.29。红壤堆积角—离散元参数的关系模型p值为0.002,仿真试验与物理试验的堆积角相对误差不超过2.13%。含水率—离散元参数的关系模型经试验验证,仿真试验与物理试验结果的相对误差不超过4.25%,说明模型与实际情况相符,模型标定的离散元参数可靠有效,可为福建烟区红壤地质条件下的烟草机械研发和仿真优化提供理论支持。This paper aims to establish a discrete element parameter model of red soil with different moisture contents,and explore the calibration methods suitable for red soil with different moisture contents.Firstly,the physical experiments of red soil with different moisture contents were carried out by using the cylinder lifting method,the repose angle were measured and the regression equation of moisture content and repose angle was established.Secondly,the EDEM discrete element software was used to simulate the repose angle of red soil with different moisture contents.Then,taking the repose angle as the response value,the Plackett-Burman experiment was used to screen out 3 significant factors from 10,and the optimal ranges of the significant factors was determined by the steepest ascent experiment.Finally,the Box-Behnken experiment was used to establish the quadratic regression model of repose angle and significant factors,and the relationship model of moisture content and discrete element parameters was obtained.In order to verify the validity of the model,comparative analysis was carried out using the Lang method experiment.The model of moisture content-repose angle of red soil in the range of 10%-35% was established,and the correlation coefficient of the model was 0.992.The significant factors and their optimal ranges are:red soil shear modulus of 4.6-8.2 MPa,red soil-red soil static friction coefficient of 0.52-0.84,dynamic friction coefficient of 0.13-0.29.The P-value of the relationship model of repose angle and discrete element parameters of red soil is 0.002,and the relative error of repose angle between simulation experiment and physical experiment is not more than 2.13%.The relationship model of moisture content and discrete element parameters was verified by experiment,and the relative error between the simulation experiment and the physical experiment results was not more than 4.25%,indicating that the model is consistent with the actual situation,and the discrete element parameters calibrated by the mode
