基于LabWindows/CVI的在线密度计标准装置监控软件设计

摘　　要：在线振动管液体密度计检定规程指出,在线密度计标准装置是由被检密度计、标准密度计、温度计和液体介质控制单元组成,并要求检定过程中液体温度稳定性应达到±0.05℃。针对检定过程中液体温度的准确性、稳定性要求,基于LabWindows/CVI平台完成在线密度计标准装置的监控软件设计。通过串行通信协议实现了信号采集与数据显示、执行机构的控制功能,同时基于MySQL数据库实现了用户登录管理以及数据记录与证书生成等功能。测试结果表明,监控软件人机交互界面易于操作,可靠性好,可满足在线密度计的检定需求。The verification regulation of on-line vibration tube liquid densitometer points out that the on-line densitometer standard device is composed of the densitometer,the standard densitometer,the thermometer and the liquid medium control unit,and requires that the liquid temperature stability in the verification process should reach±0.05℃.Aiming at the requirement of accuracy and stability of liquid temperature in verification process,the monitoring software of online densitometer standard device is designed based on LabWindows/CVI platform.Through the serial communication protocol to achieve the signal acquisition and data display,the control of the executive mechanism,and based on the MySQL database to achieve the user login management,data recording and certificate generation and other functions.
