摘 要:电火花线切割加工(WEDM)是机加特种加工的重要构成部分,在航空零件的加工方面应用广泛。针对目前电火花线切割机床自动编程系统操作复杂、绘图功能不全的问题,通过深入分析与研究电火花线切割加工过程,提出一种简单明了的自动编程与仿真加工方案,确定整个数控(NC)线切割仿真加工系统辅助框架和各功能模块,包含各个功能模块的接口。结合COM技术,通过动态链接库DLL完成加工零件图形的输入,并由ActiveX控件技术实现NC代码仿真,利用Access建立整个支撑数据库,实现交互环境下AutoCAD零件图形输入和加工所需的刀位点计算,最终生成后置处理文件及实现全部NC代码的动画仿真,能够辅助提高实际线切割加工的一次成功率,满足实际加工的需要。WEDM(wire electrical discharge machining)is an important part of non-traditional machining,which is widely applied in aerospace part-processing.In order to solve the problems of complicating operation and defective drawing functions of automatic programming system of WEDM machine,through in-depth analysis of WEDM process,one simple and clear project of auto-program and simulation is put forward.The system framework and each function module are conformed,including each function module interface.Meanwhile,the COM technology and dynamic link library(DLL)are used to realize part graphic input.Then,NC code simulation is implemented by ActiveX,and the whole support database is set by Access.Finally,AutoCAD graphic input is realized in the interactive environment,including the content of calculating cutter locus,generating post-processing documents and achieving all the NC code animation simulation.The work above highly improved the success rate one time of WEDM,also meet the needs of actual processing.
