摘 要:为了对车削工件表面粗糙度进行快速检测,提出了一种使用机器视觉技术的车削表面粗糙度检测方法,采用机器视觉技术、数字图像处理技术等对车削工件表面进行非接触式检测。首先使用MATLAB软件对图像进行了预处理(灰度化、高斯滤波等),然后提取了灰度曲线,根据均值和周期对粗糙度参数进行了计算,并与实际值进行了对比。结合实例,验证了机器视觉技术在车削表面粗糙度检测中的有效性和实用性。该方法具有快速、低成本、非接触等优点。In order to quickly detect the surface roughness of the turned workpiece,a turning surface roughness detection method using machine vision technology is proposed in this paper,and the non-contact detection of the surface of the turned workpiece is carried out by machine vision technology and digital image processing technology.The image is preprocessed(grayscale,Gaussian filtering,etc.)using MATLAB software,then the grayscale curve is extracted,and the roughness parameters are calculated according to the mean and period,and compared with the actual values.Combined with examples,the effectiveness and practicability of machine vision technology in turning surface roughness inspection are verified.This method has the advantages of fast,low cost,and non-contact.
