摘 要:为了明确不同人工湿地类型对污染河水中新污染物(ECs)和生物毒性的去除效果,以皂河东侧中试规模的水平潜流-表面流复合人工湿地A(HF-FWS/HCW A)和表面流-表面流复合人工湿地B(FWS-FWS/HCW B)两种复合人工湿地(HCWs)为研究对象,探究了不同工艺类型人工湿地对河水中32种ECs和两种生物毒性的削减效果,并进行了生态风险评价.结果表明,HF-FWS和FWS-FWS复合人工湿地对ECs总去除率分别为74.38%和60.10%,HCW A优于HCW B.但是,HCW B第一级湿地(FWS)对ECs去除效果好于HCW A第一级湿地(HF),因此简单的工艺延长不能提高ECs的去除效果.同样,HCW A比HCW B表现出更好的急性毒性和遗传毒性削减效果,以及生态风险削减特性,尤其是HCW A第一阶段(HF),但出水仍具有较高生态风险.人工湿地出水中毒死蜱和4种有机磷阻燃剂对生态风险贡献较大,因此仍需改善人工湿地处理工艺,提高高风险化合物的去除特性,从而保障河水的生态安全.This study evaluates the efficacy of two hybrid constructed wetlands(HCWs)on the east bank of Zaohe River,for the removal of emerging contaminants(ECs)and reducing biotoxicities in polluted river water.The two HCWs examined were:HCW A,which combines horizontal subsurface flow with free water surface flow(HF-FWS),and HCW B,which consists of two-stage free water surface flow(FWS-FWS).The removal of 32 ECs and two biotoxicities from river water by constructed wetlands were investigated,and the associated ecological risk was estimated.The results showed that the total removal rates of ECs by HF-FWS and FWS-FWS were 74.38%and 60.10%,respectively,and HCW A was superior to HCW B.However,HCW B(FWS)had a higher removal on ECs than HCW A at the first stage,indicating that the process extension cannot improve the removal of ECs.Similarly,HCW A(especially the first stage of HCW A(HF))had a better performance on acute toxicity and genotoxicity reduction than HCW B,as well as ecological risk reduction.However,the effluent of HCW A still showed a high ecological risk level Due to the presence of Chlorpyrifos and four kinds of organophosphorus flame retardants.Hence,to ensure the ecological safety of river water,it is still necessary to optimize constructed wetland process to enhance the removal of high-risk chemicals.
