摘  要:行业碳减排成效评价是实现黄河流域高质量发展的重要支撑.借助矫正系数、LMDI-Ⅰ方法测度行业碳减排有效性和贡献性,对黄河流域碳排放强度下降过程中9省(自治区)六大行业的碳减排成效进行评价.结果显示:①黄河流域整体及分行业碳排放强度均呈波动下降趋势,其中,工业的碳排放强度下降量和下降幅度均较大.②行业间碳减排有效性存在显著差异,工业、建筑业和和交通运输、仓储及邮政业始终为碳减排有效行业,其在空间上均具有显著不均衡特征,随上、中、下游不同发展水平呈现不同的空间变化趋势.③多数行业对黄河流域碳排放强度的下降做出了贡献,中下游地区倾向于以多行业贡献为主,上游地区倾向于以单行业贡献为主,且行业碳排放强度是促进黄河流域碳排放强度下降的主要因素,尤其是个别省份的工业碳排放强度贡献较高.④行业碳减排成效不容乐观,但整体有所改善.工业的碳减排成效较好,始终为碳减排成效良好型,9省(自治区)六大行业中的碳减排成效良好型数量显著增加,前阶段主要分布于多数省份的工业和建筑业,后阶段主要分布于多数省份的工业和交通运输、仓储及邮政业,而欠佳型数量呈下降趋势.未来黄河流域各省份中的行业碳减排重点与难点具有差异性,需因地制宜、因业施策,同时也需遵循“一盘棋”的思想,促进协同碳减排.The evaluation of industrial carbon emission reduction is an important support for the high-quality development of the Yellow River basin.Taking the Yellow River Basin as the research area,the effectiveness and comprehensive contribution of sectors’carbon emission reduction were measured by correction coefficient and LMDI-Ⅰ,and the carbon emission reduction performance of 6 industries in 9 provinces was evaluated in the process of reducing carbon emission intensity of the Yellow River Basin.Our results show that:①The carbon emission intensity of the Yellow River basin and 6 sectors had a fluctuating downtrend,among which the carbon emissions intensity of the industry and construction had declined significantly.②There were significant differences in the effectiveness of carbon emission reduction among sectors,among which the industry and construction were always carbon emission reduction effective sectors,and the carbon emission reduction effectiveness of each sector had significant uneven characteristics in space.With the development levels of the upper,middle and lower reaches,there were different spatial trends.③Most sectors made a contribution to the decline of carbon emission intensity in the Yellow River basin,and the contribution of the middle and lower reaches tended to be dominated by multi-sector contributions,and the upper reaches tended to be dominated by single sector contribution.The carbon emission intensity of industrial sector was the main factor to promote the decline of carbon emission intensity of the Yellow River basin,especially the industrial carbon emission intensity contribution of individual provinces.④The performance of sector carbon emission reduction was not optimistic,but overall improvement has been made.The performance of industrial carbon emission reduction was good,and the number of 6 industries in 9 provinces with good carbon emission reduction performance had increased significantly.The industry and construction of most provinces in the previous stage had a good carb
