摘 要:为了有效提高致密油藏渗吸驱油采收率,以脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠为原料制备了一种两性双子表面活性剂驱油剂,对双子表面活性剂驱油剂进行表征及性能评价,并结合高压压汞和岩心核磁共振技术分析岩心的启动尺寸。结果表明:双子表面活性剂驱油剂具有较高的表界面活性,表面张力最低为27.1mN/m,临界胶束浓度为100ppm左右,当浓度为500ppm时油水界面张力达到超低界面水平;其能够使改性石英片接触角降低至28.2°;渗吸采出程度达到18.64%;在90℃、10×10^(4)ppmNaCl和5×10^(3)ppmCaC_(2),矿化度下均能达到超低界面水平;最大增容粒径可达325.8nm;静态洗油效率最大为67.46%。高压压汞曲线与核磁共振曲线的转换系数C值为857nm/ms,能启动岩心最小孔隙直径为21.7018nm。An amphoteric Gemini surfactant oil displacement agent was prepared from sodium fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate to im-prove the recovery of imbibition oil displacement in tight reservoirs.The Gemini surfactant oil displacement agent was characterized and evaluated,and the starting size of the core was analyzed by high-pressure mercury injection and core nuclear magnetic reso-nance technology.The results show that the Gemini surfactant flooding agent has high surface and interface activity,the minimum surface tension is 27.1 mN/m,the critical micelle concentration is about 100 ppm,and the oil-water interfacial tension reaches the ultra-low interface level when the concentration is 500 ppm.It can reduce the contact angle of the modified quartz sheet to 28.2°;the degree of imbibition recovery reaches 18.64%.At 90℃、10×10^(4)ppmNaCl and 5×10^(3)ppmCaC_(2) salinity can reach ultra-low interface level;the maximum compatibilized particle size can reach 325.8 nm.The maximum static oil washing efficiency is 67.46%.The conversion coefficient C of the high-pressure mercury injection curve and the nuclear magnetic resonance curve is 857 nm/ms,and the minimum pore diameter that can start the core is 21.7018 nm.
