双驱动自组装制备聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯嵌段聚4-乙烯基吡啶/多酚氧化酶多孔膜在酚类污染物检测中的应用

摘　　要：在呼吸图法的基础上引人静电作用,原位制备了功能高分子生物膜材料。聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯嵌段聚4-乙烯基吡啶(PMMA-b-P4VP)是一种两亲嵌段聚合物。亲水段P4VP和和亲水性的多酚氧化酶(PPO)在亲疏水性的驱动下同时转向了水相,形成一重驱动。调节PPO水溶液的pH值,使得PPO与电离的P4VP带异种电荷,发生静电吸引,实现二重驱动,在静电驱动下PPO跟随P4VP有序排列,更好地与酚类物质作用。膜厚度的测量结果表明,膜存在疏松的多孔状结构;接触角结果表明,更多疏水的PMMA在膜表面富集,P4VP转向膜内侧。提供了一种简便的制备方法得到能用于检测水体环境中酚类污染物电化学传感器,在测量儿茶酚溶液时线性范围为0.0010-0.030mmol^(L)-1,检出限为0.07μM。线性方程y=48.37x+0.08163,相关系数R=0.9967。存放30天后,电极对儿茶酚的响应电流仍能保持初始电流的87.4%。Functional polymer biofilm materials were prepared in situ by introducing electrostatic interactions on the basis of the breathe figure method.Poly(methyl methacrylate)block poly(4-vinylpyridine)(PMMA-b-P4VP)is an amphiphilic block polymer.The hydrophilic segment P4VP and hydrophilic polyphenol oxidase(PPO)simultaneously shift towards the aqueous phase under the driving force of hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity,forming a driving force.Adjust the pH value of PPO aqueous solution to make PPO and ionized P4VP carry different charges,resulting in electrostatic attraction and achieving dual driving,Under electrostatic drive,PPO follows the ordered arrangement of P4VP to better interact with phenolic substances.The measurement of membrane thickness shows that the membrane has porous structure,and the contact angle shows that more hydrophobic PMMA is enriched on the membrane surface.P4VP steering film inside.A simple preparation method was provided,and the electrochemical sensor for the detection of phenolic pollutants in water environment was obtained,which showed good repeatability and stability.When measuring atechol solution,the linear range is 0.0010-0.030mmol/1 and the detection limit is 0.07μM。Linear equationy=48.37x+0.08163,Ccorrelation coefficient r=0.9967.After 30 days of storage,the response current of the electrode to catechol can still maintain 87.4%of the initial current.
