摘 要:文章对智能配电网的规划与运行进行了深入研究。在规划方面,构建了考虑投资经济性与供电可靠性的多目标混合整数规划模型,设计遗传模拟退火算法求解,实现经济性与抗风险性的平衡。在运行优化方面,通过建立多能源协调运行的数学模型,引入可靠性评价函数,以实现发电成本最小化和电力供应安全性最大化。研究工作确立了适应我国国情、并符合智能配电网发展需求的先进理论方法与技术手段,为后续工程实践提供了关键技术支撑。This article conducts in-depth research on the planning and operation of intelligent distribution networks,which are two key links.In terms of planning,a multi-objective mixed integer programming model considering investment economy and power supply reliability was constructed,and a genetic simulated annealing algorithm was designed to solve it,achieving a balance between economy and risk resistance.In terms of operational optimization,a mathematical model for coordinated operation of multiple energy sources is established,and a reliability evaluation function is introduced to minimize power generation costs and maximize power supply security.The research work has established advanced theoretical methods and technical means that are suitable for China’s national conditions and meet the development needs of intelligent distribution networks,providing key technical support for subsequent engineering practices.
