摘 要:火电机组余热利用是近年火力发电行业综合能源发展的一个重要方向,在向热用户提供合适参数蒸汽的同时,通过增设小型汽轮发电机的方式,可减少供热蒸汽的压力损失,提高热能利用效率,增设的小型汽轮机接入点选择需考虑可靠性、灵活性、经济性,同时还要尽量减少对原系统的改造,尽可能在运行时减少对原系统的影响。文章结合工程实践,针对小型汽轮机接入火力发电机组可能的两处接入点,详细分析了各自的优缺点,指出了两种主接线方案各自的适用范围,以期为类似工程的电气主接线方案提供决策参考。The utilization of waste heat in thermal power units is an important direction for the comprehensive energy development of the thermal power generation industry in recent years.while providing suitable parameter steam to thermal users,the addition of small steam turbine generators can reduce the pressure loss of heating steam and improve the efficiency of thermal energy utilization.the selection of new small steam turbine access points should consider reliability,flexibility,and economy,while also minimizing the transformation of the original system,minimize the impact on the original system during runtime as much as possible.Based on engineering practice,this article analyzes in detail the advantages and disadvantages of two possible connection points for connecting small steam turbines to thermal power generation units,and points out the applicability of each main wiring scheme.It is hoped that this will provide decision-making reference for electrical main wiring schemes in similar projects.
